No one cries for the Queen
So she straightens her crown
Lifts her shoulders
Extends her back and walks pass like an angel gliding through the air
No one cries for the Queen
The smile planted on her face covers up the invisible bruises etched in her skin
Her bones are weakened
Restless she still walks pass
To you she’s gotten her beauty sleep
Confined behind her doors no peace comes to her
Everything sits upon her like cement poured into the ground
And all that steps upon the pavement lands straight on her back
No one cries for the Queen
But nothing stops her
She carries it all
She may bend but she’ll never break
